More Birthday Wishes



Hello Paper Crafters.  Today I'm sharing a birthday card created using Pink Persimmon's "Vintage Cupcake".  Such a fun set.  If you missed my birthday ensemble using this set on sunday, then scroll down.  Hope you think this one is sweet!

Project Details


Stamps : Pink Persimmon “Vintage Cupcake”
Markers : Copic E31, E26, YR30, R46
Patterned Paper : Jillibean Soup, Simple Stories
Cardstock : Bazzill
Butterfly Stick Pin : Jillibean Soup
Buttons : My Mind’s Eye
Border Punch and Deckled Scissors : Fiskars
Glitter : Stampendous
Glue : Aleene’s Tacky Glue

Make card from cardstock. Stamp cupcake on white cardstock and red polka dot paper. Color cupcake with markers. Trim liner and adhere to front of cupcake. Create icing with thick white glue and sprinkle with glitter. Stamp pennant on card front and color. After dry tape butterfly stick pin to back of cupcake. Adhere cupcake to card front. Border punch cardstock and adhere. Trim patterned paper strips and adhere to card front. Thread buttons with floss and adhere.
